Water, wind, and sand give me energy and inspiration. Sometimes I battle the elements, sometimes I surrender to them, and in both cases, I enjoy them. I also see this balance between challenge and trust in my work and in how I interact with people.

In my role as a manager, I’ve experienced that people thrive in an environment where trust prevails and a clear direction is established. This creates space for collaboration, initiative, and achievement of results that truly matter.
